Position Overview:


As a Real Estate Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of real estate professionals by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of listing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Coordinate property showings and appointments between clients, agents, and landlords, ensuring timely communication and followup.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of property listings, client information, and transaction details in the company database.
  • Manage office correspondence, including sorting mail, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online listings, to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and property inspections for real estate agents and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and customerfocused attitude.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices is a plus.
