Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant / Accountant / HR Coordinator.

This unique position will require you to handle a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, supporting the CEO and various departments within the organization.

As the linchpin of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative, financial, and HR-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO and other team members as required.
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment, ensuring a wellfunctioning workspace.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Assist the CEO with personal errands, appointments, and other tasks, as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Help manage personal and professional contacts, maintaining a comprehensive database.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Record financial transactions and reconcile bank statements regularly.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
  • Assist with financial reporting and budgeting processes.

HR Coordination Tasks:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist with HRrelated issues, escalating as necessary.

General Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings, both internal and external.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO or management team.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in administrative support, accounting, and HR coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Demonstrated discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • High level of adaptability and a proactive mindset to handle various tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
