Manlift is currently hiring for an Admin Coordinator (UAE National) in Dubai.

Tasks and Responsibilities_

  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office, kitchen areas. Ensuring supply of adequate items in each area.
  • To receive and distribute to all staff without delay all incoming fax communication or post.
  • Assist HR Department in locating files and invoices, issue files on request and replace files in alphabetical order.
  • To file all necessary documentation, creating and labeling new files as required.
  • Handle basic administration duties like obtaining quotes from suppliers and attending boardline calls and transfering to respective team members.
