Qualifications and
Experience Graduate orM.B.A.

Experience of 5 to 8 years as a HRbusiness technology partner and should have managed at least 5projects independently within IT field Education:
Bachelor s degree or MBA and equivalent work experience.

Training Requirements (licenses, programs,or certificates): Relevant software certificationspreferred
Roledescription Managesorganizational needs for human resource systems, with an emphasison the technical components of businessneeds Manages team members in support ofhuman resource information systems Managesfull life cycle HRIS projects and the associated projectplanning Recommends system design andconfiguration approaches to best meet current and future strategichuman capital management delivery Researchescosts and vendors, manages the RFP and contract renewalprocesses Maintains systems to ensurecontinued operations and reporting efficiency and resolves softwareissues Ensures data integrity, systemsecurity and testing of system changesDesigns and generates queries, reports anddashboards Trains stake holders and users onsystem utilization Serves as liaison betweenusers, IT, HR department and third partiesResearches new technologies and system solutions and keepsmanagement informed Other projects andresponsibilities may be added at the manager sdiscretion Work with the end users andbusiness owners to map SAP HCM/Payroll/SF standard processes to thebusiness needs of the client Manageescalations related to HR applicationssupport Change Request (CR) feasibility andeffort estimate, and participation in Change Control Boardactivities.

FunctionalExpertise 5 to 8 years ofHRIS and Payroll management experience with domainknowledge Experience managing or supervisingemployees/contractors Experienceimplementing and administering systems:

specific experience withsystems may include but not be limited to SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactor Payroll, SF-EC or other Cloud HCMsolutions Experience in quantitative HRISanalysis with demonstrated aptitude in data analytics, queries,metrics, reporting and business processanalysis Proficiency in Microsoft Officeprograms, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook andbasic understanding of Java Strong technicalbackground in interfaces Experience in bothproject implementation and production support (Atleast 2/3 End toend Implementation) Should be a Consultant(Developer) of SAP SF (HR Payroll) not an enduser.
