They must have a strong passion for guest service and a keen attention to detail, from handling transactions to providing accurate information to guests and ensuring drink quality.
No matter the position, certain aspects are crucial for success - creating a safe environment, adhering to company policies, safeguarding company assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance.
Bartenders will be active on their feet (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and actively engaged in their work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and arranging objects weighing up to 25 pounds without help; reaching overhead and bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping).
Performing these tasks effectively (and other reasonable job duties as assigned) is essential for Bartenders to ensure exceptional experiences for our guests and the success of our business every time.
