  • Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma

Professional Certification:

  • Training related certifications preferred

Experience:

  • Higher Diploma
  • At least 10 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment


 Bachelors
  • At least 6 years of technical training related experience in a telecom environment
  • At least 3 years of experience as a trainer
  • Experience within Military preferred

Skills & Abilities:

  • MS-Office Applications
  • Competence development planning
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize, manage own workload and work under pressure to demanding deadlines.

Specialized Knowledge:
Knowledge of SAT approach to training preferred
Knowledge of Military training programs preferred

  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical training courses required for each level of repair and maintenance
  • Define and prepare the course syllabus with the direction of Senior Training Specialist
  • Develop SAT certified training courses
  • Assess individual training needs and compile individual training plans
  • Assist in carrying out preventive maintenance, when required.
  • Provide progress and performance reporting
