Core Tasks,

  • Greet clints and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assis Clints in finding their way around the office, announcing clints as necessary.
  • Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitors logs.
  • Assisting with variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travels plan.
  • Preparing Meetings and trainings rooms.
  • Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls

Salary:
Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic (preferred)
