The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms to drive maximum ROI for clients locally and in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Manage and optimize budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and cohesion across all marketing efforts.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on driving tangible results and ROI.In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both internal teams and clients.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Google Ads and other relevant certifications are a plus.
