What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inquiries from walkin customers and phone calls, assisting them with bookings and providing detailed information about availability and rental charges.
  • Ensuring adherence to operational guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Verifying customers' credentials and driver's licenses, preparing rental agreements, and ensuring the delivery of cars in pristine condition.
  • Managing the inspection of returned vehicles for damages, mileage verification, and processing customer payments, while obtaining necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Conducting daily checks for any overdue rental agreements.
  • Collecting payments from clients in a timely manner on a monthly basis.
  • Performing physical inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness and quality prior to delivery.
  • Monitoring and managing overtime for drivers across various locations.
  • Collaborating with customers to resolve payment disputes related to traffic fines, ensuring timely recovery.
  • Ensuring a professional appearance and atmosphere at the counter through maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensuring daily forwarding of important documents such as rental agreements and daily sales reports to the Main office.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts to accommodate customer needs and operational requirements.

What You Will Need for This Position

  • Minimum of
    2 years of Car Rental industry experience for a similar role.
  • Having knowledge of CRM and Speed Car rental systems is an advantage, but not must.
  • Fluent in English is must, proficiency in Arabic and Russian is a plus.
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Excellent communication skills
