Whatwill I do in thisjob?
  • Problemsolve and support customers via a range of inbound channels toachieve a positive customerexperience
  • Assistthe sales team by sourcing the community of interest around eachcarpark
  • Abilityto source and convert leads into new business and identifyprospective newbusiness
  • Assistthe sales team by contacting sales leads to encourage signup
  • Conductoutbound prospecting calls (cold calling) and canvassing activitieson a daily basis to build a salespipeline
  • Developand implement action plans for targeted sites to achieve sales andrevenue objectives primarily through direct sales techniquesincluding canvassing andtelemarketing
  • Documentall new Monthly Parking leads received via phone andemail
  • Regularlyfollow up customers at various stages of the Permanent saleslifecycle (e.g. general enquiry, quote, contract) to convertthem
  • Contactcustomers who have requested to cancel their Permanent Parkingaccount
  • Recordcustomer contacts and root cause reasoningaccurately
  • Assistin processing to support customers across all of Secure Parking sproducts andservices
  • Handledisputes and complaints in a way that is supportive of the customerand thebusiness
  • Prepareregular reports on completed sales target activity and sales actionplan for targeted sites and other reports asrequired
  • Prepareregular reports for COI around the car park, including whichpartnerships are more commercial and financiallyviable
  • Reviewand understand all Sales and Marketing obligations within eachcontract scheduling and management of all administrative andmarketing tasks to be completedonshore
  • Respondto customer service enquiries re car park operating hours, prices,access, accounts, vouchers andfunctions
  • Processapplications and relevant documents for all sales made from leadgeneration and canvassing activities, such as permanent parking,new voucher sales, re-ordering voucher sales and advantage parkeretc
  • Conducta range of administrative and customer service focused activitiesto support the onshore team and ensure a positive customerexperience
  • Completeaccount audits for large clients asrequested
  • Maintainup-to-date customer service procedures by alerting the relevantrepresentative to complete if an error isidentified
  • Assistoperations with regular car park permanent parkeraudits
  • Establishand maintain effective and harmonious work relationships withcolleagues and supervisors so as to ensure the smooth operation ofthe carpark
  • Complywith Secure Parkings workplace health and safety policies,procedures and instructions to ensure a safeworkplace
  • Beaware of and demonstrate a commitment to the principles of equalopportunity in theworkplace
  • Participatein staff training and development activities to assist in theachievement of individual and workobjectives
  • Thisincludes an expectation that all employees will learn and utilizenewtechnology
  • Undertakeother reasonable duties as assigned andappropriate

  • Atleast 3 years of outbound salesexperience
