_Our company needs a reliable, organized Accountant Clerk Cum Admin to perform daily accounting tasks and administrative aspects of running smooth business operations.

  • Data entries and processing of documents, scan and update the information into the existing computer systems.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Daily interaction with Management and taking guidelines for daily accounts and admin activity.
  • Manage travel itineraries.
  • Support in the consolidation, preparation and timely submission of reports.
  • Process and obtain necessary approvals and ensure timely payments.
  • Provide high qualityrelated administrative support services as required and assigned.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Other related tasks that may assign from time to time.
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication
  • 13 years relevant working experience or in the same role.
  • Keen to details.
  • Deadline-Oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting background is a must.
  • Experience in a Real Estate company is an advantage.
