Dans le cadre de notre développement et de l'implantation d'un bureau au Maroc, nous recherchons un(e) Country Manager afin de rejoindre les collaborateurs de la BU MENA (Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord).

Votre mission sera de diriger et de superviser toutes les activités opérationnelles, commerciales, partenariales et stratégiques de LexisNexis au Maroc. Cela comprend la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale, la gestion des équipes, le développement de relations clients solides, la gestion des opérations quotidiennes et la responsabilité de la performance financière du pays. Votre objectif premier sera de maximiser la croissance et la rentabilité de l'entreprise dans le pays attribué, en veillant à ce que toutes les activités soient alignées sur les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise tout en répondant aux besoins et aux exigences du marché local.

Activités principales:
Stratégie commerciale
- Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale globale pour le pays, en alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et de développement sur le marché local.
- Superviser les activités de vente, y compris la gestion des équipes de vente et la définition des objectifs de performance.

Gestion opérationnelle
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes, y compris la logistique, la distribution, et la gestion des stocks.
- Garantir le respect des normes de qualité et de conformité dans toutes les activités opérationnelles.
- Collaborer avec les différents départements de l'entreprise pour assurer une coordination efficace des activités locales.

Gestion des relations clients
- Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients clés et les partenaires commerciaux locaux.
- Répondre aux besoins des clients, résoudre les problèmes et assurer leur satisfaction.
- Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements locaux et dans les interactions avec les parties prenantes externes.

Gestion financière
- Élaborer et gérer le budget du pays, en veillant à l'efficacité des dépenses et à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers.
- Suivre les performances financières et élaborer des rapports réguliers à soumettre à la direction.

Activités connexes:

- Analyse de marché : Surveiller les tendances du marché local, analyser la concurrence et identifier les opportunités de croissance. Cette analyse peut servir à ajuster la stratégie commerciale en conséquence.
- Développement de partenariats : Établir des partenariats stratégiques avec d'autres entreprises ou organisations locales pour renforcer la présence de l'entreprise sur le marché et développer de nouveaux canaux de distribution.
- Gestion des ressources humaines : Recrutement, formation et développement des membres de l'équipe locale. Le Country Manager est responsable de s'assurer que l'équipe est bien alignée sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et possède les compétences nécessaires pour réussir.
- Gestion des risques : Identifier les risques potentiels pour l'entreprise dans le pays, tels que les risques politiques, économiques ou de conformité, et développer des stratégies pour les atténuer.
- Représentation de l'entreprise : Agir en tant que visage de l'entreprise dans le pays, en participant à des événements de l'industrie, des conférences et des réunions avec des partenaires ou des clients potentiels.
- Rapports et communication : Fournir des rapports réguliers à la direction sur les performances du pays, les opportunités et les défis rencontrés, ainsi que sur les initiatives mises en œuvre. Assurer une communication claire et transparente avec toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes.

Profil : Un(e) leader avec un fort esprit entrepreneurial

Vous disposez d'un diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, commerce international, ou dans un domaine connexe. Ainsi qu'une expérience confirmée dans des postes de direction ou de gestion, idéalement dans un contexte international ou multinational avec le pilotage d'une entité juridique. Vous maitrisez les langues arabe, française et anglaise. Une expérience préalable dans l'édition, les nouvelles technologies ou les logiciels, la SSI ou/et sur le marché local serait un véritable atout. Des déplacements réguliers à l'étranger sont à prévoir.
