Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute creative photography and video projects that highlight the intensity and emotion of athletic performances.

Collaborate closely with the creative team to establish and maintain a consistent visual style that resonates with sports enthusiasts and fans.

Capture high-quality photographs and video footage during training sessions, matches, and behind-the-scenes moments to showcase the dedication and skill of our athletes.

Edit and enhance sports photos and videos, ensuring they meet the highest standards of visual excellence and storytelling.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in sports photography and videography to bring innovative ideas to our projects.

Provide creative direction throughout all stages of production to ensure the narrative and excitement of the sport are effectively conveyed.

Manage and organize a comprehensive library of sports-related multimedia assets for future use.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and audience demographics, delivering content that resonates with sports enthusiasts worldwide.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative concept development for upcoming sports campaigns and projects.

Continuously strive to elevate the quality and impact of our sports-focused visual content.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Photographer and Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional sports-related work.

Proficiency in industry-standard photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and lighting techniques in the context of sports.

Ability to adapt to evolving sports trends and styles while maintaining brand consistency.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for capturing sports action, emotion, and athleticism.

Up-to-date knowledge of current sports photography and videography trends and techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, sports-focused environment.

Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events as needed.

Required:
Certificate of good conduct.

Preferred:
Formal education or degree in Photography, Film Production, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience creating content for various platforms such as social media, websites, and digital advertising.

Familiarity with optimizing video content for different platforms and understanding of various video formats and codecs.
