The Recreation Manager orchestrates premier guest experiences by overseeing pool facilities, kids' club, play areas, gym, and resort activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years managing recreational facilities in a hospitality or resort environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., safety, first aid) are advantageous.

Facility Oversight:
Manage and maintain pool facilities, kids' club, play areas, gym, and other recreational amenities.

Collaboration:
Coordinate with departments to optimize guest experiences and align recreational activities with overall resort objectives.

Budget Management:
Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resources for efficient facility operation.

Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance offerings, seeking ways to exceed guest expectations.

Communication:
Foster effective communication channels between staff and management, addressing concerns promptly.

Guest Engagement:

Conducting Human Resources Activities
