DEMAND ANALYST- LAUNDRY AND HOME CARE DIVISION

  • Assisting the Business Planning Manager (BPM) in SKU wise sales forecasting using available tools (SAP APO DP) and history/plans.
  • Prepare bi-annually "Clean Base History" document with the help of BPM and other stakeholders to quantify company's base potential.
  • Coordination with supply chain, customer services team, marketing and sales department for top down and bottom up forecasts.
  • Reviewing customer wise SKU wise stock situation and help supply chain in efficient sales order management.
  • Assisting Financial Controllers in preparing monthly dynamic forecasts and financial statements based on updated demand as per Henkel planning cycles.
  • Run APO DP (SAP) based intelligent sales forecast (Q4 2103 onwards).
Sales Spends Tracking & Reconciliation (Last ten days of the month)

  • Coordination with Sales and Trade Marketing for collection of required documents of sales spending (Debit Notes, Credit Notes, spend support documents) for all sales spending. Every month's sales spend to be booked in the system by 13th of the next month.
  • Custodian of Sales Spends (BAF System). Coordination with sales managers for updating the BAF system on time and before the activities are commenced.
Business Intelligence Management (First ten days of the month)

  • Providing sales data update files to BI system vendor taking it from the distributors.
  • Training key stake holders on using the BI system
  • Bachelor's agree in Business Administration or statistics or economics.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in demand planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced MS office skills (specifically Excel skills)
  • Excellent English Language Skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication skills (with internal and external parties)
  • Strong in numbers with analytical experience and financial understanding.
