Job Responsibilities
  • Works on all aspects of proposal development (RFP/RFI) for strategic or high-value sales
  • Ability to create winning proposals in a fast-moving environment with tight
  • Applies proposal process, methodology, and best
  • Maintains compliance with requirements, internal controls, external regulations (, procurement process), and sales
  • Coordinates with multiple departments, including but not limited to sales, technical sales, project management, finance, business development, to obtain necessary content for
  • Creates, manages, and maintains proposal delivery schedule, proposal design, and executes quality control
  • Responsible for all daily proposal management activities, including the development of work plans and
  • Facilitates the development of all written components of the
  • Manage output from proposal resources to ensure proposal structure complies with RFP
  • Edits language provided by other members of the team as needed for completeness and
  • Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they follow the company policies
  • Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday
  • Evaluating bids and technical proposals; performing cost/price analysis; obtaining audits and pricing
  • Negotiating price and/or technical
  • Performing other duties as


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or
  • 2 - 4 years of work experience in similar
  • Experience in RFP, RFI pricing, internal approvals, CRM, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), Government Procurement , (Etimad platform), and Bid
  • Experience in preparing customer-centric proposals with attention to detail and information
  • Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of bids and
  • Executing and managing the process operations required at each stage of the tender/bidding process, meeting both in and out
  • Experience in designing optimized solutions to increase productivity and meet
  • Strategic planning and implementations to optimize the teams
  • Expertise in making fund flow models for the project during the pre-sales
  • Maintaining streamlined coordination between the project team and clients for smooth execution of
  • Experience in maintaining business relations with
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Word
  • Strong project management
