  • Support the effort to create a sustainability vision for the company encompassing people, profit and planet.
  • Align the strategy and activities to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
  • Assess the organization's current sustainability performance and identify and prioritize key sustainability issues.
  • Collaborate with the company's internal groups (AS, E&C, ETP, Engineering, Investor Relations, etc.) to progress the Sustainability Strategy.
  • Monitor emerging trends, programmes and issues, and communicating and raising awareness on topics that are salient and material to the business.

Capability Development

  • Foster a culture of sustainability through organisational communications and education.
  • Support BUs to understand sustainability risks and opportunities within their activities and, take steps to mitigate risks or maximize the value from opportunities.
  • Offer expertise and provide support for initiatives to reduce company-wide resource consumption and waste generation.
  • Support the development of appropriate standards and guidelines, that remain up-to-date and relevant to business needs and integrated into business processes.
