Responsible for the maintenance of clean and sanitary kitchen areas by supervising stewarding employees, and to fully work in Stewarding in areas and times of responsibility

  • Allocates the steward team to their areas, and updates on any special cleaning requirements
  • Sets up structured cleaning schedules for all areas of the organization and handles accordingly
  • Guarantees that the stewarding team has access to all accessible resources and that the upkeep of this equipment is managed.
  • Adheres to up on assignments and ensures that tasks are performed on time and to a high standard.
  • Strictly adhere to HACCP requirements and regulations, as well as Dubai Municipality processes and practices.

Salary:
AED1,500.00 per month
