As an Area Inspector with a background in civil engineering, you will bring valuable technical expertise to our property management team.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of properties within your designated area, assessing their structural integrity, identifying maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties within your assigned area to assess their condition and identify maintenance needs.
  • Document inspection findings accurately and thoroughly using designated software or forms.
  • Communicate inspection results to property managers, maintenance teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks based on inspection findings.
  • Monitor ongoing maintenance projects to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
  • Conduct followup inspections to verify that maintenance tasks have been completed satisfactorily.
  • Identify potential safety hazards or code violations and take appropriate action to address them.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to property maintenance and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and property owners by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other members of the property management team to develop and implement strategies for improving property conditions and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Previous experience in civil engineering, construction management, or property inspection preferred.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and mobile devices for documentation and communication.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Valid UAE driver's license
