Sales and Marketing Account Manager - Classifieds

The Role


The Sales and Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for managing the B2B client base and revenue that's required to grow and maximize revenue growth for AutoMarket.


You will be working on your own initiative, managing a team of marketing executives, continually approaching new clients, and generating revenue.


Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding new dealers and service providers on the AutoMarket platform.


Managing a team of Marketing executives to ensure that advert creation on the AutoMarket platform is maintained at the expected quality, correct and always updated.

Meet with clients on a regular basis and when yearly contracts need to be renewed.


Review clients' accounts and highlight areas where the client can improve their performance to get more out of their advertising.

Sell additional AutoMarket features to clients.

Ensure all client renewals and upgrades are performed in a timely fashion.

Work closely with the Management to sell new products in accordance with the business needs.

Be the first point of contact with the client including as the initial technical reference point.


Continuously monitor and analyse clients' AutoMarket 'Health' and quality metrics and use the analysis to communicate with clients' efficient ways to improve their use of AutoMarket's service and normal practice.


Keep in regular contact with clients to ensure you are always in the frame when decisions are being made regarding either increasing or decreasing spend with AutoMarket Cars.

Ensure you are always aware of clients' full marketing commitment to both AutoMarket and its competitors.


Analyse this information to understand why clients may be spending with competitors, and where possible originate ideas to transfer client competitor spending to AutoMarket.

Manage client expectations accordingly and effectively.

Hit performance targets as stipulated by your line manager.

Utilise all business tools made available and adhere to strict activity tracking via HubSpot for calls and meetings.

Keep up to date with the motors industry laws and local news.

Proactive monitoring of customer commitments

Proactively monitor all service requests. Contact customers early to advise of problems with meeting commitments or appointments, agreeing a new timeline if necessary.


Deal with queries from the customer and ensure other questions that arise during contact are directed to the correct place for resolution.

Daily communications with service providers and customers

Escalate situations AutoMarket management team to assist in managing operational risks and concerns.

Relay information to other internal stakeholders in incident situations

Proactively screen confirmed service requests to verify satisfactory completion.

Proactively monitor newly confirmed service requests in the AutoMarket platform

Assess status of confirmed operations and undertake follow-up with service providers as required.

Follow-up on customer satisfaction surveys to understand if they are fully satisfied with the work that has been completed.

Take the appropriate action for unresolved customer issues and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

Highlight any areas of process non-compliance so training needs can be identified.

Person Specification:
Essential

Significant experience in Sales including direct customer relationship and query resolution experience.

Significant experience in managing service providers.

Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.

Ability to remain calm, tolerant, and professional in a stressful and demanding environment.

Ability to deal effectively with disappointed customers.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Numerate and able to produce statistics and business reports for internal and external use

Self-confident with high level of personal impact

Technically savvy and a desire to learn and succeed.

Desirable

Experience in working for a start-up.

Working knowledge of the automotive industry

Experience of handling trainings and presentations.

AutoMarket is an online B2C platform connecting customers with automotive service providers.

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
