Salary:

Experience:
Minimum 1 year in Telesales or Aftersales

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate leads and promote our holiday home packages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapportbuilding.
  • Provide detailed information about our holiday homes, amenities, and special offers to potential customers.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Handle aftersales inquiries, concerns, and provide excellent customer support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales or aftersales, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Knowledge of holiday homes and the tourism industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
AED3,500.00 per month
