- Implement quality assurance measures to validate and verify data accuracy in postmigration.
- Manage timelines, resources, and tasks associated with the migration project.
- Proactively identify and solve issues to ensure a smoother migration process.
Required Technical Skillsets:
- Have deep knowledge on data management with expertise in handling and manipulating large datasets, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining data integrity during migration.
- Have strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address any challenges or issues that may arise during the migration process.
- Being meticulous and thorough is crucial for ensuring accurate data migration, especially in the context of financial information.
- Efficiently managing time is crucial to meet migration deadlines and keep the project on schedule.
Minimum Qualifications & Skill sets:
- Degree in Computer Science, data Science, Mathematics / Statistics, Quantitative Science or any other relevant field.
- Industry certifications in data management preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel
- Proficiency in Project Management tools.
- Basic understanding of banking operations / products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
