Your roleIn the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.

You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.

As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.

You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

ResponsibilitiesManaging functional and technical customizations in different countries.
Managing incidents and service requests within daily support.
Working closely with business stakeholders reg. support tasks and also improve business processes.

Providing techno-functional cover on new developments outside of the supporting model (small and large projects)Working closely with vendor and other 3rd Party internal and external teams for system bugs and any infrastructure related problems.

Leading and training other team members.

RequiredOverall 15+ years of ExperienceiScala Functional Knowledge on Finance and Logistics ProcessesiScala Technical Knowledge on Epicor Service Connect, Crystal, SQL ServerAbility to communicate with different level of stakeholders.

Project management experienceCompleted University DegreeFluent in English (written/verbal).PreferredAbility to communicate with different level of stakeholders.
VBA experienceKnowledge of other ERP SystemsAdditional language(s) are an advantage.
