Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at Ahlam Jobs, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth in the UAE market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the UAE job consultancy sector through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Engaging with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and offering customized solutions to address them effectively.
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand Ahlam Jobs' market presence in the UAE.Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and exceed client expectations.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in a Business Development Executive role within the job consultancy industry, with a strong understanding of the UAE market.
Proven track record of success in driving business growth, meeting sales targets, and building lasting client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Immediate availability to join and work in the UAE.
