Job DescriptionSupervise and support front desk staff in their daily tasks.
Train and mentor new team members.
Schedule and manage front desk staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and expectations.
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle special requests efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest needs.
Oversee the front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Manage reservations and room assignments.
Monitor and maintain inventory of front desk supplies.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
Monitor and report on front desk revenue and occupancy rates.
QualificationsPrevious experience in front desk or hotel operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
