  • Managing the CEO's & HOD's busy Calendar including scheduling, meeting coordination sending reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the CEO & HOD's which includes visa, flights, hotel, car and restaurant bookings, prepare itineraries.
  • Any ADHOC tasks required by CEO & HOD's such as personal events and/or family/ guests needs, Screen and direct phone calls to CEO & HOD, purchasing gifts for clients
