Job responsibilities
Provide support to the office administrative functions, which include undertaking messenger tasks, clerical duties, purchasing office supplies, shifting of equipment, paying bills, photocopying, banking

Ensure that all office equipment (e.g., photocopy and fax machines) is in good working order, and update windows and minor issues in computer


Taking care of asset, while moving and keep update of asset in stores and in area ,prepare aknowladment form etc.

Safely transporting passengers to and from the office; And providing services in the transfer of contracts and paymentsetc.

Driving the minibus to transport employees to and from get off work.

Maintains a clean and safe transportation environment for all passengers.

Report any technical problems with the equipment to the admin supervisor immediately

Job requirements
Relevant valid UAE Manual Driving License "certificates for driving a minibus with more than 15 seats in compliance with UAE laws"

More than 3 years driving experience in minibuses.

Expericne in admin tasks, IT basic tasks

Willingness to work flexibly to support the overall aims of the company.

High school degree is preferred.

Maximum 30 years old.

Personal responsibility, commitment, perseverance and conscientiousness.

Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.

Good Communication skills.

MS and computer skills

Hard worker

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
