Requirements:
The candidate must possess a minimum 5-8 years of Experience in ELV (at least 5 years in UAE). Should have at least 4 years of experience as Project Manager. Should possess Strong Management and Leadership skills, can handle multiple projects and fluent in English (Read/Write/Speak) UAE Driving license is must and immediate joiner is preferred.
With in-depth Knowledge in ICT ,CCTV VMS Software, Server and Storage.& audiovisual systems .
Networking Skills is an advantage
Graduate of any Engineering/IT/Software/Network course.
PMP certification (Preferred)
Job Description & Required Skills:
Project Planning, Project Kick off Meetings, technical / material approvals, project tracking & monitoring, detailed documentation, resource management, team motivation, team work, communication and Project Closing, etc.
Vendor Coordination and Regulatory requirements related coordination for approvals & inspections (like, SIRA, MCC,Hemaya, etc...)
Project forecasting and ensure the man power and material available at right time
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
Prepare RFQ for issuing subcontracts and recommend the 'best fit' sub-contractor for the job keeping the costs low
Following up the receivables with the clients/customers to ensure the proper and healthy cashflow for the project/company.
Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
Conduct value engineering studies and exercises to ensure cost savings to Company and provide value added benefits to the client
Verify & confirm BOQ, Prelims & other expenses in advance to avoid unwarranted / unaccounted costs
Leading and guiding the commissioning team to obtaining the System functionality
Identify & access all the risks including cost & timing after award of the project
Coordination with other contractors like MEP, HVAC, BMS, Fire Alarm, etc and ensure their integration with ELV System
Supervise the technicians / sub-contracts for running projects and ensure on-time project completion
Assign responsibilities and mentor project team/subcontractors
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Attend site techno-commercial meetings whenever and wherever required, in coordination with the design/tendering team &the business unit director.
Generate and submit a weekly projects report that reflect the techno-commercial situation for every project in coordination with design/tendering team and report the same bask to the business unit director.
Managing the relevant subcontractors in every project in terms of site progress, payments certificates all in accordance with their relevant subcontract agreement.
Generate and asses the subcontract agreements for the relevant subcontractors (by aligning the same with Debbas subcontract agreement with the main contractor in terms of payments terms ,penalties and all other contractual terms) in every project ,in coordination with the business unit director .
Update the projects on salesforce on weekly basis in coordination with design/tendering team and report the same bask to the business unit director.
Prepare required reports for monthly sales meeting.
Communicate with the operations department to ensure the delivery of material on site
Prepare and submit delivery schedule to client upon official sales order.
Bringing a leads for a projects that generate an ELV pipeline – in coordination with the design/tendering team- for a value of not less than 40 M AED, and achieve the yearly target (to be agreed).
Assessing in the guidance for the value engineering solutions for the projects upon the client/business unit director request
Report any incident/paradox to the business unit director.
Candidate must also possess outstanding soft skills in Time and Resource Management, Leadership, Motivation, Building Trust and Communication Reports to Business Unit Director.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's vision & strategy.
Liaise with other-executive heads on the implementation of the company's strategic and operational plan.
Manage the engagement with the consultant(s) and contractor(s) with regards to the project execution to ensure compliance with the relevant standards and specifications.
Attend all periodic progress and technical meetings held with all relevant parties.
Identify and quantify maintenance works required in all locations in coordination with other team members, involve in granting and following the AMC contracts whenever applicable.
Coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or work-flows with moderate to high risk and complexity or multiple projects simultaneously with lesser risk and complexity.
Attending training programs from manufacturers, industry associations, and company as required.
Other duties as required or assigned by management/Business Unit Director.
