About the opportunity


What toexpect:

We are looking for aTalent Development Coordinator who will support and coordinatelearning and development initiatives in line with the overalllearning and development strategy. You will actively participate inthe coordination of different learning programs and the managementof our learning managementsystem.


Whats on the menu (Duties &Responsibilities)

  • Plans organizes administers tracks and reports on differentprograms and learninginitiatives
  • Take ownership of logistics planning and coordination for learningprograms
  • Administer and manage various tools that are used across ourlearning programs including our learning managementsystem.
  • Organize various programs supplies including technology toolsmanaging invitation list and feedbackforms
  • Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complexdifferentsets

What you need to be successful


What are we looking for:(Core Qualifications &Experience)

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred butnotrequired
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MicrosoftOffice
  • Strong organizational and time managementskills
  • Good verbal and written communicationskills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completingtasks
  • Professional demeanor and positiveattitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities asneeded
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitiveinformation
  • Familiarity with learning management platforms is aplus.
