General Description of Role andResponsibilities:

  • Works independently as a trusted advisor and businesspartner providing talent solutions for recruitmentrelatedactivities. This includes taking the initiative to addresscorrective actions once an issue arises.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process for assignedroles.
  • Both sourcing yourself and working withtalent acquisition colleagues to identify technical and specializedskill sets through various tools and continuously provides newsolutions and ideas to attract talents.
  • Measures the calibre and competencies of candidatesagainst strict requirements and briefs provided.
  • Negotiates presents offers and closes deals with theselected candidate.
  • Manages the applicanttracking system ensuring data is entered accurately and in a timelymanner.
  • Working with colleagues to ensureinterviews are in place with hiring managers and attend interviewswhen required.
  • Develops and maintains talentpools for assigned positions.
  • Successfullyliaises with mobilization/visa and HR teams to ensure thesuccessful onboarding of candidates.
  • Worksclosely with hiring managers. This involves asking questions andadvising on best practice for the acquisition of talent.
  • Contributes to driving forward new ideas that can helpstreamline processes and speed up recruitment.
  • At all stages of the recruitment process ensurescredibility is maintained through effective feedback.
  • Ability to mentor junior colleagues
  • Performs other responsibilities as required.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisoryou will need to demonstrate the followingcompetencies/skills:

  • Market knowledge: Ability to understand the PMCM industryin the Middle East identify competitors pay rates and keep abreastof recruitment trends.
  • Teamwork: Ability towork within a team and with multiple departments/teams to identifythe right hire.
  • Creativity: Ability to developcreative ideas about sourcing outreach and interviewingcandidates.
  • Critical thinking: Thinkcritically about the requirements of the open positions analyze thesituation gather information and make a logical decision about theright hire.
  • Multitasking: Manage manydifferent working parts simultaneously and handle various difficultsituations and assignments.
  • Social mediaRecruiting: Efficient use of social media to help spread the wordabout job vacancies reach out to broader potential hires andenhance recruitment branding.
  • Inquisitiveness: Being able to ask questions at allbusiness levels both internally to hiring managers and externallyto candidates.
  • Strong communication:Demonstrate strong communication skills influencing negotiating andcollaborating with all decisionmakers within the company. Abilityto articulate conversations with seniorlevel/ VP management andlearn to partner with them rather than having a directiverelationship.
  • Confidence: To the best of yourability and knowledge as a recruiter if you feel the recruitmentprocess is not being followed challenge it to all levels within thebusiness.
  • RelationshipBuilding: Ability todevelop relationships and manage both Internal and Externalstakeholders.

Qualifications Experience Knowledge andSkills:

  • 5 years oftalent acquisition experience. Preference will be for relevantindustry knowledge
  • 3 years of experienceworking as business as a partner/advisor and leadingprojects
  • Bachelor degree is apreference.
  • A passionate and driven recruiterwho enjoys working in a challenging environment.
  • Experience closing candidates to offers in a competitivemarket.
  • Selfsufficient and able to work withlittle direct supervision.
  • A track record ofdemonstrating a strong work ethic integrity and personalaccountability.
  • Strong knowledge of multiplejob boards social media other sourcing platforms ATS andCRM.
  • Proven track record of building rapportwith hiring managers and crossfunctional partners.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
