Job Summary
Handling Elite VIP Travel Management which may range from straightforward tasks such as booking direct flights to coordinating entire travel experiences including itineraries, accommodation, transport, tours, visas, and out of the ordinary requests.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Strong understanding of a VIP travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client
- Provide travel quotation and general travel advice to VIP Accounts
- Responds to requests accurately and completely and maintain a high level customer service
- Maintains, actively communicates, and seeks expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
- Appropriately responds and resolves conflicting requests, anticipates and provides assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the VIP
- Actively supports other team members within and across teams, must be able to take direction and work well with others
- Uses positive language and word choices to avoid negative reactions
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Acts as a resource for coworkers for information, problem solving, and reducing errors.
- Ability to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned
- Work independently in the absence of supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities, exercising discretion and judgment.
- Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources.
- Ability to maintain work volume and quality consistent with peers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Hospitality
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong problem solving and/or critical thinking skills
