Company Overview:

Sapaad is a leading restaurant management software company that provides cloud-based solutions to restaurants worldwide. Our software enables restaurants to streamline their operations, increase their sales, and enhance their customer experience. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Sales and Business Development team as interns.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to meticulously identify and thoroughly research potential leads within the dynamic food and hospitality industry.
  • Initiate proactive outreach to potential leads and clients, adeptly introducing Sapaad and its innovative software solutions.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with both potential and existing clients, ensuring sustained engagement and rapport.
  • Play a pivotal role in lead generation efforts, leveraging comprehensive research and strategic outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Gain invaluable insights by shadowing sales meetings and presentations, observing the intricate negotiation processes, adept handling of objections, and successful deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client communications, ensuring seamless tracking and followup.
  • Actively collaborate with the Sales and Business Development team to contribute to the formulation and execution of robust sales strategies.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Sales and Business Development team, ensuring smooth operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate with potential clients through phone or inperson
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and videoconferencing tools
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proof of right of residence in UAE
  • Possession of a valid driving license is a plus
