Supervisor Mep

The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our projects.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate MEP activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Manage a team of MEP technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts, schedule changes, and other issues affecting MEP works.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety among team members and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and other documentation to track project milestones and communicate status to project stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input and recommendations on MEPrelated matters.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years UAE Experience is mandatory.
• A valid UAE Driving license is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design, installation, and operation.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing MEP works (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, IPC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional certifications or licenses related to MEP systems are a plus.

Salary will be discussed with you in an interview with your qualification and experience.

Pay:
AED4, AED7,500.00 per month
