  • Receive and distribute incoming faxes to appropriate personnel and guests.
  • Keep office equipment in working order and contact service representatives to correct problems with office gear.
  • Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Enter and retrieve data stored in computer databases performing updates and responding to guest queries.
  • Operate standard office machinery excluding computers.

Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; act as a role model and primary contact person for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.

  • Support colleagues to ensure clear understanding of their responsibilities.

Adhere to all company rules and guidelines, maintain a professional and tidy appearance, keep proprietary information confidential, and safeguard company assets.

Warmly greet and acknowledge all guests following company standards; anticipate and meet guests' needs; assist individuals with disabilities; and express genuine gratitude towards guests.

Address inquiries about property services/features and operational hours.

Communicate clearly and professionally, create and review written documents accurately, and answer calls using proper etiquette.

Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, collaborate to achieve common objectives, and listen and address fellow employees' concerns effectively.


Handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds solo, perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisors.
