Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This includes overseeing employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training, and development.
The HR Officer ensures that the organization's HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that all HR activities are in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks.
- Prepare and distribute job offers and employment contracts.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor employee engagement programs.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management systems and processes.
- Coordinate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and monitor employee performance improvement plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Assist in the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and communication.
HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
- Assist with HR budget preparation and management.
- Coordinate HRrelated projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in a human resources role in UAE.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
