Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting and support of business operations within a department.

They assist all the administrative staff, secretaries, and assistants by sorting mail, filing forms and documents, answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling meetings.

Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible. Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail. Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues. Providing back-up secretarial support to administrative assistants and receptionist and preparing standard letters and memos for staff. Recording, preparing, sorting, and classifying file information and maintain filing systems.

Pay:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
