Job Description:

Seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waitresses in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Waitress will play a key role in providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Escort customers to their tables and present menus.
  • Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately.
  • Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Clear tables and reset them for the next customers.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing dishes and wiping down tables.
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred.
  • Customerfocused attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
