Responsibilities

  • Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
  • Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Booking appointments
  • Visiting client for closing sales
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Update the sales pipeline documents on a daily basis
Skills and Knowledge

  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English, Arabic is an added advantage

  • Persistent and resultsoriented
Qualification

  • Emirati Preferably or any Arabic native speaker
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Job Types:

From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
