La Direction Afrique d'Egis, basée à Casablanca au Maroc, regroupe 380 collaborateurs et agit sur l'ensemble du continent au travers d'une quinzaine d'implantations locales.
Elle est chargée de coordonner l'activité des différents métiers du groupe sur la région Afrique et d'assurer une cohérence géographique de la stratégie et du développement du Groupe Egis.
La Direction Afrique appartient à la Business Unit Europe-Afrique du Groupe Egis. Avec près de 1000 collaborateurs, la BU Europe-Afrique dispose de contrats dans environ 50 pays et ce dans plusieurs domaines d'activités.

Afin d'accompagner le développement continu de nos activités, nous recrutons un Ingénieur Projets - Appels d'Offres pour nos prestations d'Ingénierie principalement dans le cadre de projets de transport routier en Afrique.

Description de la mission

Rattaché.e à la cellule offre Afrique basée à Casablanca, vous avez la responsabilité du montage des offres principalement pour l'activité Route et de bâtir la meilleure réponse aux consultations lancées par nos principaux clients notamment aux appels d'offres des Institutions Financières Internationales (Banque mondiale, BERD, Banque européenne d'investissement, Agence française de développement, etc.).

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les Responsable de Business Line Development (RBLD), ainsi qu'avec l'ensemble des services administratifs et financiers, afin de fédérer leurs diverses contributions.

Vous serez amené à prendre la responsabilité d'offres techniques et financières en autonomie complète, et de travailler sur des offres sur toute l'Afrique francophone, et sur d'autres secteurs du Groupe (Mobilité, Urbain, Eau,...).

Vous participez au pilotage des Offres en mode Projet en vous assurant de :

  • La tenue des délais et le respect des objectifs ;
  • La clarté et la compétitivité des solutions proposées ;
  • Du respect des procédures qualité.
  • Vous intervenez sur la constitution des offres principalement dans le domaine routier pour différents types de prestation depuis l'amont (étude de faisabilité) jusqu'à l'aval (AVP, PRO, DCE, Supervision des travaux).

Vos missions principales consistent à :

  • Contribuer à la préparation des offres en amont en lien avec les responsables commerciaux territoriaux (identification des attentes client, recherche de partenariats) ;
  • Gérer la production complète de l'offre aussi bien sur la partie technique que financière ;
  • Participer à l'analyse du cahier des charges et à la définition des moyens à mettre en œuvre pour remettre une offre de qualité dans le délai imparti par le Client
  • Coordonner les experts techniques qui interviendront dans la production de l'offre et contribuer à la Rédaction des parties y compris techniques en développant l'innovation et la différentiation ;
  • Participer aux échanges avec les partenaires, les RBLD, le Directeur du Développement Afrique et contribuer ainsi activement à la diversification de notre portefeuille de clients sur le Continent ;
  • Participer à la définition du scope à couvrir pour Egis dans le cadre d'un groupement ;
  • Préparer des demandes, clarifications et ajustements de la documentation d'appel d'offres ;
  • Vérifier rigoureusement la conformité parfaite des offres avec les exigences des bailleurs de fonds ;
  • Analyser les marchés d'appels d'offres sur le continent africain, veille approfondie et collecte de données ;
  • Effectuer le contrôle final des dossiers.
  • De formation supérieure (Bac+5 – École d'Ingénieur),
  • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience avec une première expérience sur projet idéalement acquise dans le domaine des transports urbains ou interurbains ;
    une expérience dans un environnement international serait un atout ;
  • Vous avez démontré vos capacités à travailler en équipe projet, et à mobiliser tout type d'intervenants ;
  • Vous avez le goût et les compétences en pilotage de la réponse aux appels d'offres ;
  • Doté.e d'une bonne aisance rédactionnelle de méthodologie
    vous avez de réelles aptitudes relationnelles et vous savez vous adapter aux environnements multiculturels ;
  • Vous avez une appétence pour le commercial et faites preuve de persévérance ;
  • Au regard du contexte international de ce poste, la maîtrise orale et écrite du français est nécessaire, la maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral est souhaitable (rédaction d'offre et présentation au client) ;
  • Expérience professionnelle dans la préparation de livrables d'appels d'offres complexes
  • Maîtrise de MS Office 365 – Expérience de travail avec un système CRM.
  • La maîtrise de MS Project,Teams serait un plus ;
  • Rigueur, efficacité, attention aux détails, goût du travail bien fait
  • Organisation: capacité à prioriser, à anticiper, et à gérer des délais serrés et des pics d'activité intense
