Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, which includes coordinating jobs, reviewing resumes, and conducting reference check.
- Reporting on recruitment process standards
- Actively participate in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the recruitment process
- Contribute to the development of training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices and advise on policies and procedures.
- Responsible for managing reports in the Human Resources Department.
- Preparation of offer letters
- Ensure new employment documents are completed and processed.
- Explain job duties & requirements to job applicants, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities,. etc.
- Responsible for recruitment processes, which includes reviewing/screening resumes, and conducting reference check.
- Perform directions and update new employee records.
Special Task:
- Responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, and selection for bluecollar and whitecollar in the construction and manufacturing industry which includes completing a comprehensive recruitment process and performance management system.
- Responsible for drafting and updating job descriptions for vacancies in the organization next to current positions.
- Conduct analyses on wages and benefits available in the labor market for different jobs.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants when needed.
- Responsible for time, attendance/compensation, benefits, employee records, employee welfare, etc.
- Responsible for training and learning development.
- Preparing training course schedules for different departments.
- Update and add new company policies that will help improve overall HR functionality.
- Focus on staff accommodation, transportation and other facilities related to HR activities and physical inspection of staff accommodation and report to the HR Manager
- Initiating work permit and visa procedures for new employees
- Recording all daily employee transactions on the HR system and documenting them in employee files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration or Social Studies or equivalent in a similar discipline with courses in human resources from accredited institutes
- Experience working as an HR executive or other HR position with a minimum of 3 years in the UAE, knowledge of HR functions.
Pay:
AED3, AED5,500.00 per month
