Applications are invited for the position of F&B Supervisor

  • Position within: Food & Beverage Airport Department

Reports to:
Assistant F&B Manager

Dubai International Airport Terminal 1

Roles and responsibilities


v Ensure all customers are provided with the best quality of food and service through cost effective and efficient management, assuring continuous improvement of food items.

v Ensure that F&B operation is performed in compliance with the EKFC Service Standard including Hygiene and Safety aspects.


v Ensure professional supervision of assigned staff by training, motivating and counselling to achieve the objectives agreed upon and provide the necessary guidance whenever required.

v Demonstrated ability to identify and implement corrective actions arising from incident investigations.

v

Skills and Competencies

v Diploma holder in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.

v High standards of verbal and written communication in English.

v Should have significant supervisory skills and organization competencies.

v Experience in 4-5 star hotel environment.

v Demonstrated ability to manage staff.
