Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
  • Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial
  • Maintain and repair damaged dish washers, broken pipes, and clogged drains
  • Assist pipefittersin the layout, assembly, and installation of pipe fixtures for water and air systems
  • Respond to plumbing calls from our general contracting team
  • Install plumbing systems in new residential and commercial buildings.
  • Work with our Expeditor to obtain permits for plumbing work to be performed
  • Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time
  • Performs other related functions the management deem necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes):

  • With experience working in the UAE in the following job: Plumber
  • Reasonable facility of Language (English) and communication skills
  • Must be able to install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing fixtures/accessories and system, waste and air venting system layout.
  • Must be able to check/trouble shoot and repair water Pump fault and assess material requirement and its intended use for correct installation.
  • Must be well verse of using different kind of plumbing tools.

Salary:
AED1, AED1,500.00 per month
