Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish project milestones, and monitor progress throughout the launch process.
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively address potential challenges to mitigate any impact on the launch timeline or quality.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate a smooth launch process.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback to make continuous improvements for future launches.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor launches, and customer feedback to inform future launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to address any issues or concerns that arise post-launch, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively identify and address potential challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies is advantageous.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
