Conceptualize and produce creative reels stories and other interactive content formats to enhance user engagement and follower interaction.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute photoshoots ensuring that content aligns with brand aesthetic and resonates with our target audience.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement rate reach and conversion rate and use datadriven insights to inform content decisions and campaign optimizations.
Manage social media advertising budgets and develop targeted paid ad campaigns to reach specific demographics drive traffic to our website and increase sales.
Cultivate relationships with influencers brand ambassadors and other strategic partners to amplify our brand presence and reach new audiences.
Respond to comments messages and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner fostering a positive and engaging community.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or related field.
Proven experience in social media management preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong creative skills with the ability to ideate and execute visually compelling content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with photography videography and editing software is a plus.
Knowledge of current fashion trends industry influencers and competitor analysis.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically analyze data and drive measurable results.
