We are Hiring

Main Function:
Review of RFQ, prepare review notes, prepare bill of quantity, technical queries.


Responsible for preparation of BOQ, technical and commercial proposals including drawings and specifications to meet the customers' requirements and to co-ordinate with all concerned depts.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Study contract specifications to establish client requirements.

Be based in office and to make site visits as and when required.

To be fully aware of the project scope, drawings, BOQ, client requirements, HSE and quality.

Responsible to develop and continuously improve the quantity take off function on projects.

Interface with all internal departments.

Resource calculations

Take inputs from sites pertaining to work outputs, methodologies of execution etc and maintain DATA Bank.

Support project team on any technical issues.

Provide assistance and report to Estimation Manager for any technical problem or inquiries in the project.

Co-ordinate with client, consultant and management as and when required.

Prepare variations to client as per directions of Project in charge/Estimation Manager.

Preparing concept and as built drawing for the project.

Any other duty assigned by the company/Estimation Manager.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years required

Special Requirements:
Must have required communication skills.

Computer knowledge (MS Word& Excel & MS Project) and fluent in English

Cost planning and cost estimating experience essential.

Ability in handling multiple jobs/projects, and be able to carry out multiple tasks and scalability within each project.

Pay:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month

Experience:

License/Certification:

  • Driving license (required)
