Hole Watcher

We are looking for a Hole Watcher with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and oversee work areas.

Job Summary:

The Hole Watcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of personnel working in confined spaces or hazardous areas.

They are responsible for closely monitoring the conditions inside these spaces and maintaining constant communication with the workers who are inside.

The primary objective of the Hole Watcher is to prevent accidents, identify potential hazards, and promptly respond to emergency situations if they arise during the course of work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safety Monitoring:
Constantly observe and assess the conditions inside confined spaces or hazardous areas to ensure the safety of workers. Remain vigilant for any signs of danger or potential risks.

Communication:

Maintain continuous communication with the workers inside the confined spaces, using established communication systems or devices, to promptly address any concerns or emergencies.

Emergency Response:

Be prepared to initiate emergency procedures and evacuation protocols in case of accidents, hazardous conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Access Control:

Control access to the confined spaces, allowing entry only to authorized personnel and ensuring proper permits and safety protocols are followed.

Equipment Inspection:

Inspect safety equipment, such as gas detectors, ventilation systems, and personal protective equipment, before and during the job to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Assist Entrants:

Provide assistance to workers entering and exiting confined spaces by helping them don and doff their safety gear, if required.

Hazard Identification:

Identify and report potential hazards, such as toxic gases, inadequate ventilation, or any other unsafe conditions, to the appropriate personnel.

Training and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures related to confined space entry and hole watching. Participate in regular safety training and stay up-to-date with relevant safety guidelines.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records related to confined space entry, including monitoring logs, permits, and any incidents or observations during the job.

Salary :
AED1200+FOOD+ACCOMMODATION+TRANSPORTATION

Salary:
Up to AED1,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
