Responsibilities:

Keep up with Product Knowledge & promotions

  • Should follow proper calling script for calls
  • Adhere to the Dialler KPI ( Login Hours 9 hours & Available to take calls 7 hours)
  • Have a Customer centric approach
  • Good Followup & Lead management
  • Keep a track of daily/Weekly & monthly Targets
  • Follow company policies
  • Maintain discipline in terms of Attendance & dress code
