Work Environment
The culture of the company is more like a startup. The team is relatively small and everyone gets to bump into everyone else on daily basis. The hierarchy of management is more horizontal than it is vertical.

This means that you will be working directly with the Product Development Manager, Sales Director, Company Partners, and Company Owners all at once.

We have an open-door policy so anytime you want to share your ideas, discuss your concerns, or simply chat things up, you are a knock or ping away

The Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. The role is crucial as an artistic vision is required to creatively present new products and to enhance the overall image of the brand in both the B2B and B2C markets

You will be the main person handling the graphic design and marketing content of the whole organization.

There will be high expectations from your end, and hence being resilient will be key especially when it comes to artistic criticism.

Professionally you will grow rapidly and have the chance to expand your portfolio extensively.

Main Duties

  • Develop the overall brand identity of the company and setup its branding guideline
  • Design packages, brochures, boxes, manuals, sample guides, prototypes, logos, landing pages, simple animations, listings on ecommerce websites (ex: Amazon, Noon, Carrefour)
  • Come up with and upload social media posts on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Research competing brands in the same product category, present findings to management in an easy to digest manner in order to make proper decisions, and brainstorm the best strategy for products to stand out in the market
  • Produce engagement campaigns, surveys, and advertisements to attract new clients. Experience in using Google Ads and Facebook Analytics is a huge plus.
  • Create original written content to be used for both offline and digital media

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Suite is essential. Having confidence in using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a minimum. Having some knowledge in using After Effects and Premiere Pro would be great. Background in using XD and Dimension would be a plus.
  • Experience of 04 years as a graphic designer either parttime, fulltime, freelancer, or a fresh graduate student will all be considered
  • Knowledge in construction or building materials is not required. However, the willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges is highly valued
  • The ability to sketch ideas quickly, and being able to prototype new concepts effectively before starting a project is a highly valued skill as it will save loads of time and effort
  • Being handy and crafty, especially when it comes to creating mockups for packages of different types and sizes will be an appreciated asset
  • Some expertise in Photography and the ability to take closeup photos of products is a huge plus plus. Background in DSLR is not expected, but mastery in taking pictures with a smartphone camera, especially when combined with a professional app and the ability to manipulate surrounding lighting is an attractive skill
  • A bit of experience in creating shortform video content (ie "Reels") is another plus plus. Static content will be the main staple, but as Dynamic content is getting more traction these days, it would be an appealing skill to have
  • Background in reading, writing, and editing simple HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is not mandatory but would be a beneficial skill. There could potentially be requirements for refreshing the look of the company's website, and adding isometric and scrolling animations.
