We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Female Private Household/Butler professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to their employers.


  • Best suited to someone who is looking for a longterm position or at least a minimum twoyear contract.
  • Experienced working in 5* hotels or chalets, private villas, and yachts.
  • Confident in service, including Family Style, Silver Service, Butler Service, Buffet Service, and Plated Service.
  • Wardrobe management competent.
  • Highly presentable with a genuinely positive demeanour.
  • Ability to listen attentively and follow instructions.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Equally good working in a team and on its own.
  • Speaks fluent English.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid19 is preferable.

About the Role


The butler/house supervisor is the primary interface with the House Member and their guests and is ultimately responsible for their overall experience.

The butler/house supervisor must efficiently maintain the house, supervise maintenance teams, prepare the house for arrival and departure and ensure the highest standards of upkeep of the property at all times.


Responsibilities:


As the personal butler to the House Member, you will be responsible for serving the House Member directly and their guests ensuring protocols and standards of performance are delivered consistently and efficiently.

The responsibility is combining Butler and House Supervisor and Housekeeper as the house is not always occupied.

General responsibilities include:

  • Provide consistently high standards of service, primarily looking after the House Member and all guests.
  • Greeting House Members, guests and family members according to protocol
  • Formal service duties; silver, formal, family and buffet style.
  • Table setups including napkin folding, clearings and maintenance of designated pantry areas
  • Serving meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner using a plethora of service methods
  • Ensure the services are to a high standard in regards to preparing the food, and having the right menu of food to satisfy the House Member and guests ensuring timely service at all times and service as per protocol.
  • Supervising the housekeeping team and supporting them when required, and carrying out full housekeeping duties when required or staff members are on leave.
  • Ensure the services are to a high standard in regards to housekeeping, washing clothes, and cleaning the house to satisfy the House Member and guests at all times.
  • Overseeing external contractors and maintenance services of the property and report any anomalies to the House Member.
  • Supervising the property and all its staffing when the House Member is not in residence.
  • Supporting the Chef and preparing for formal service, parties and events.
  • Making and serving an array of beverages.
  • Wardrobe management
  • Packing and unpacking
  • Shoe polishing
  • Taking deliveries and ensuring the house is fully stocked.
  • Arranging the shopping.
  • Petty cash management.
  • General administration and managing budgets and maintaining the inventory inhouse according to the requirement.
  • Adhoc tasks.
  • Remain wellgroomed at all times.
  • Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanour.
  • Providing personalized service to the House Member, family and their guests.
  • Performing all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism.

  • Fulltime, permanent position
  • 56day week with 30 days of paid annual leave when the House member is not in residence. Flexibility will be needed when the House Member is in residence. Bonus annual leave is offered based on performance.
  • Salary: Attractive market rate salaries for the right credentials, experience and the right fit.

Salary:
AED4, AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
