To lead the company audits and the subcontractor's audits8. Review of the Subcontractors technical submittals9. To lead the materials inspection (SAT & FAT )10. To ensure that all the received materials in the site are compatible with the project's requirements and ADNOC standard.11. To monitor the progress and to ensure that the same is being executed as per the baseline schedule.3. To determine the required resources for the project's execution4. Lead the subcontractor's invoices certifications.8. Ensure that the works are executed as per the contracts/subcontractors agreement9. Record any dispute/s.10. To ensure that all the received materials (belong to HSE) in the site are compatible with the project's requirements and ADNOC standard.11.
